Q: If I sign up for the Free Sign Storage, where will you store our signs?
A: Right now, we have two storage locations. One in Southern Pines and one in West End. Both are sealed, locked, and insulated to protect your signage. Our multiple locations allows for quick instals which keep our prices down.
Q: Why would I need free sign storage?
A: Enrolling in Free Sign Storage helps you stay organized, reduce office clutter, and allows for easy sign install. Signs are organized by firm and then by broker. Every sign in our storage program gets cleaned before it is installed and when it returns to storage.
Q: Do you offer custom pricing?
A: We do! If you own or manage a multi-tenant property and want to schedule inspections/walk-throughs for the entire property, contact us directly and we’ll give you a custom quote. We also offer custom pricing and discounts on some of our marketing services for real estate firms and management companies.
Q: Can you help me order marketing materials with the branded QR codes on them?
A: Yes!
Q: Will RealServ NC reimburse me if a sign is damaged?
A: If a sign is damaged as a result of our install, removal, or storage, we will reimburse you in good faith. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, vandalism, or acts of God. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions located HERE.
